Both pubs in the village are closed due to the second lockdown but are open for takeaway food.

The Baker Arms

This quintessential Dorset pub has been managed by James and Desi Hutchings since December 2017.

A freshly prepared, regularly changing menu with an emphasis on comfort food is served. All the food is homemade & cooked to order. Booking is recommended.

Sit in front of the log burner in the winter, or enjoy the Beer Garden in the summer. Hand pulled local ales, wines & continental lagers are all served. A pool table is also available. The pub is dog friendly.

The Baker’s also has a one bed self-catering cottage, ‘Daisy Cottage’, for your weekends away to a country retreat. Please look at the web site link below, for full information, sample menu & images.
