Cancellation of Parish Council Meetings

In line with government advice the Parish council has decided to cancel the next meeting on the 6th April. The council will endeavour to process its business via email and limited contact. Standard payments and agreed expenditure will be processed as normal and planning application responded to.

The council is aware that this will limit the opportunity of parishioners to voice their views in public participation .Should any resident wish to make a statement that they feel needs immediate attention please email the Clerk ([email protected]) and we circulate it among the councillors.

We will publish financial information and planning matters on the web site as normal. In the next issue of The Hill the council will update you all on future meeting as and when government advice is announced.
